Diane Bertrand was commissioned on January 26th, 2010, by Father Steve Duncan, the then parish priest, as the President of the Shrine Committee of the Shrine of Our Lady of Montserrat.  She is married with two young adult children and her family lives in Tortuga. 

She has a passion for Our Lady and has daily Marian devotions which include the saying of the Rosary, Novenas and the Litany.  Besides being President of the Shrine Committee, she also sits on the Fundraising Committee led by Lenore Figaro, leads the Corporate Fundraising Campaign and also works with Glen Ghany and Suzette Dulal-Whiteway attending to the changing of Our Lady’s Liturgical robes according to the Liturgical Seasons of the church. She loves the Litany of Loreto and searches for the different manifestations of Our Lady in her everyday life. She is never disappointed, Our Lady always reveals herself and her motherly love and care.
